The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) issues a public warning against the activities of unauthorized websites offering binary options trading

The AMF is publishing a list of new websites offering binary options trading, for which no authorized investment services provider could be clearly identified.

Here is the list of new websites recently identified:
- www.binarycent.com
- www.patrimoinegestion-management.com
- www.pocketoption.com

A list of all unauthorized websites to offer trading of binary options is available in the AMF’s website (section: Espace Epargnants > Protéger son épargne > Listes noires) and Assurance Banque Épargne Info Service – ABE IS's website (section: Vos démarches > Se protéger contre les arnaques > Les listes noires des sites internet et entités non autorisés).

These websites may change very quickly and this list is not intended to be exhaustive.

To ensure that the intermediary offering banking or financial products or services is authorised to operate in France, you can view the register of financial agents (https://www.regafi.fr) or the list of authorised intermediaries in the financial investment advisor (FIA) or participating investment advisor (PIA) categories (https://www.orias.fr/search).

If the intermediary in question is not on these lists, we strongly recommend that you should not make use of their services, as they are in breach of the applicable legislation and are not required to comply with basic rules of investor protection, information disclosure and claims handling.

CNMV ISSUES WARNING TO THE PUBLIC ON UNREGISTERED FIRM

Pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 17 of the Securities Markets Law (recast text approved by
Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October), the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (National
Securities Market Commission) warns that:

is not authorised to provide the investment services detailed in Article 140 of the Securities Markets
Law, which include investment advice, or to provide the auxiliary services detailed in letters a), b), d),
f) and g) of Article 141 of the said Law in relation to the financial instruments detailed in Article 2 of the
said Law, including, for those purposes, foreign currency transactions.
